ISSI Fellows for 2016

The George Alexander Foundation is proud to support a range of fellowship opportunities for vocational students and post-graduates via the International Specialised Skills Institute (ISSI). 

In 2016, the Foundation is supporting the following five Fellows through ISSI to further their knowledge and skill in their area of expertise. 

Scott Champion, Golf Architect, will broaden his understanding of design philosophies of international golf architects. Clare Kennedy (pictured), Architect, is travelling to study method of earth construction in Southwestern United States. Aidan MacKinnon, Bladesmith, will continue ongoing learning in producing the very highest standard chef and kitchen knives.  Prudence Rothwell will be travelling to the United State to learn how to best develop Farmer's Markets in Australia, while David Stephenson, Signwriter, will train to further techniques of reverse glass decoration and ornate gilding.

We congratulate all of this year's ISSI George Alexander Fellows and wish them great success in their endeavours to further their knowledge and enhance their skills.
